CADH is also proud to announce the introduction of the Intra-Oral Dental Assisting program. The state of the art facility boasts a unique opportunity for students to be trained in this discipline. The facility houses 22 fully equipped dental operatories, digital dental imaging, a modern dental laboratory, and an exceptional library resource center complete with computers, WiFi accessibility, lounge area, work stations as well as on-site and digital references. The Canadian Academy of Dental Health and Community Sciences (CADH), a division of the Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene - Est. 2001 is one of the leading dental hygiene, dental health and community science schools in the Toronto area. CADH is located in the heart of Mississauga, Ontario, just minutes west of the City of Greater Metropolitan Toronto, just south of the QEW at Hurontario Street in The Credit Valley Corporate Center. Mississauga, with a population of over 600,000 people of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, is home to attractions such as the Living Arts Center, Civic Center, Playdium, Hershey Center and the Bradley and Benares historic museums.
Established in November 2001, CADH is a Private Career College that provides current, progressive, quality education in the growing profession of dental hygiene, intra-oral dental assisting and community sciences. The faculty is comprised of health care professionals including dental hygienists, dentists and other selected health care professionals. Individualized, instructor-led teaching is enhanced by current, state-of -the-art clinical and laboratory facilities as well as power-point presentations and demonstrations. Students also have access to a research library with internet capability, WIFI and online access to periodicals and journals through "Library World". Our faculty is comprised primarily of degreed professionals with progressive portfolios. The instructors not only specialize in their respective disciplines, but they also bring with them a superior level of experience and expertise. These exceptional attributes are necessary to enhance the progressive and evolving content of the dental hygiene, health and community science programs offered at CADH.
